@scumworks: thanx for the critique, and yes i agree, my thoughts behind this was that i wanted the city to look large, New York'ish, and reasently flooded by melting the poles, the water is clear and cold. my main concern on the rendering was to make look as much as a movieposter as posible with that paintllike effect and the blue underwater color. i have 3 layers og dirt oa algee but it´s kept low to make the image as scarp at posible...
@choke: there are some red fishes and tey are not on the side
I have done a lot of research in Newyork buildings and fish forms for this scene, the robot fish is modeled with inspiration from an australian fish called orange roughie.

For a submerged city i do think its a bit too clean tho. I expected more algea growth, plants, etc.
